The Conran Shop: A Load of Jargon

In 2016 It’s Nice That took over the windows of The Conran Shop during London Design Festival with A Load of Jargon – an installation that celebrates industry buzzwords.

We are all guilty of using redundant and superfluous language throughout our working day, phrases such as "blue sky thinking," "target audience" or "thought shower" are just a few examples of this strange terminology that has become commonplace. To visualise this, Isabel + Helen created five original artworks into a playful and immersive experience in store, along with a series of activities we held each Saturday throughout September and October with Hato Press and South East Print Studio.
