More weird and wonderful work from Wonder Room

Date
27 June 2016

Based in Manchester, Wonder Room is an agency that certainly isn’t short on wonder-inducing work. Whether applied to online posters (more on those here), beer cans, CDs or T-shirts, the work is bold, expressive and delightfully odd. In our latest update of the studio’s work, we’ve been very much enjoying its painterly approach to poster design and its scrawled CD imagery, forming a nice counterpart to the more stripped back and minimal graphic design it uses for posters for the likes of Stop Making Sense, or across T-shirts. Headed up by Steve Hockett, Wonder Room has created printed matter, artworks, illustration, designs and ideas for clients including Vans, The British Library, Manchester Art Gallery, London Short Film Festival and Indy-Man-Beer-Con.
