Pedro del Corro’s informed, diligent design practice

Date
2 March 2016

Born in Madrid, Pedro del Corro is currently studying at New York’s Pratt Institute where he has been designing publications and posters for lectures and research projects on historic interviews, types of writing, paper sizes and displaced media. Pedro’s work leaves ample room for the writing and imagery to breathe, his design is considered and responsive to its purpose rather than trends.

His decisions regarding type and layout add interest, with contrasting combinations that add to the readability of the text and bring an element of performance to each publication. Pedro’s attention to detail in his academic work should put him in good stride for future commissions, and we’re looking forward to seeing where it takes him.
